Mike Normand

Construction Project Manager

Prior to joining the City of Bisbee, Mike Normand had a 30-year career in State and local government managing grant-funded programs and projects. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and a master’s in public administration. Mike enjoys history and has a passion for restoring old buildings. Mike has lived in Arizona since 1999 and has been a resident of Bisbee for the past seven years.
